Terms and Condition

• 50% non-refundable deposit needed to reserve the date and time of all spa parties.Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment of deposit. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. Email confirmations are acceptable with prior payment receipt. 
• Full Deposit refund in iMassage cash voucher for cancellations made 48 hours before party date. iMassage cash voucher is valid for 12 month.
• Final headcount confirmation is required 2 days before your party.
• You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of guests attending. (Example: confirmed for 10 kids but only 8 attend. You will still have to pay for 10.)
• We can not extend your party time unless you pay extra at the time of booking as stated on the packages.
• Masseuses will not negotiate price at time of party.
• All parties are booked on first come first served basis.
• We provide Goody bags $10 each at your request.
• We have the right to adjust our packages on our website.
• A live professional host can be added to any package for additional cost of $100.
• MOBILE- We generally arrive 15 mins before your party to set up. We will contact you immediately if we feel we might be late. If this happens, we will stay longer to compensate the time. We supply massage tables, lines and all spa supplies needed. We will need space to set up massage table and access to water. We bring cards to all our parties but parents are welcome to have other games for extra entertainment.
• IN STUDIO-We provide drinks but not food, you are welcome to bring your own food. We provide table, tables and chairs, but you will need to your own cutlery, bowl and plates. We will start setting up the party 20 mins before the scheduled time. For your conveniences we can order simple food such as fast food  for fast food at your cost. Please advise your guest to arrive on time. You are welcome to arrive 15 mins before your party to set up. Parties are for children, parents are welcome to watch and support in designed waiting area.
